Hello, I’m Jerry Fink.  I am fortunate enough to be a “Snow Bird”.  We spend our summers in the Cincinnati Ohio area, and then when frost approaches, we retreat to the Bradenton Florida area for the winter.  It was an actual recurring nighttime dream of mine for many years…to open by back door onto sand.  After years of planning and executing the plan, 10 years ago we were able to spend our first “season” in Florida.  I hate being cold, so I have never looked back!

My 50 year career spans a wide array of experience in  Accounting and Business Management, Financial Application Software Sales, and as a Real Estate Entrepreneur. I’ve worked for some of the largest companies in the world (UPS and Oracle for example), as well as being acting CFO for several real estate investors and non-profits, and running my own real estate based businesses.   I enjoy sharing my knowledge, and teaching others to achieve their own goals.  

I started my Fynanc Journey back in 2017.  Although I am a C.P.A. (Ohio, non-practicing), my expertise is in Management Accounting, and I never really understood the depth and breadth of “finance” until I started studying with the Fynanc group.  Since then, it has all “come into focus”, and has really helped propel my financial life with much more clarity and purpose.  I can guarantee I would not be where I am today without Fynanc.

Outside of my Fynanc endeavors my interests include SCUBA diving, traveling (all 50 states, and 29 countries, and counting!), live music, and building a legacy of knowledge and assets for my multi-generational family…I have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.  That said, probably the greatest gift I have garnered from my involvement with Fynanc is the Freedom to Live My Perfect Day. 

I am so glad George had the confidence to bring me into the company, and I look forward to seeing all of you around the Fynanc Community!
