Monica Decker
Fynanc Performance and Accountability Coach
I’m Monica, a coach, entrepreneur, and former mental health professional passionate about helping others break through fear and take control of their financial future.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in community service before spending 15 years as a mental health professional. While I loved helping people, I wanted to take control of my own destiny and make an even greater impact. That’s when I discovered Robert Kiyosaki’s education company. Pushing past my fears, I took action and began my entrepreneurial journey.
The first company I built was a real estate investment firm, where I gained extensive expertise in marketing, real estate rehabs (both local and remote), building nationwide teams, single- and multi-family buy-and-hold strategies, creative deal structuring, and business processes. Just two years later, I was inducted into the Rich Dad Poor Dad International Hall of Fame.
In 2016, I began consulting as a trainer, mentor, and coach for the company. I am also an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner, a The Five Behaviors® Authorized Partner, and certified in the Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention Method. My background in mental health gives me a unique perspective in coaching—I help students break through their worries, self-doubt, and anxiety to turn their goals into reality.
My coaching philosophy is simple: take appropriate action, overcome fear, and master time and resource management. I hold each student accountable for achieving massive results. That’s why I love training and coaching within the Fynanc program—there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing students experience financial peace and security by applying these strategies.
I currently live in Puerto Rico with my husband and youngest son. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me traveling, playing pickleball, scuba diving, snow skiing, or riding motorcycles.
