This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for FYNANC, including our affiliates, our website www.Fynanc.com, advertising services, promotions, informational mailings and offers we provide. By using any services provided by FYNANC, you indicate that you agree to the collection and use of your information by FYNANC provided in this Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

FYNANC is the owner of the information we collect. When we refer to “your” information we mean information about you; that term does not imply any ownership in information that we have collected. We only collect information that you voluntarily give us. We collect information to improve services we provide and to present information and services that might be of interest to you.

Purchases: You may voluntarily provide information through our services such as name, email and address when you order products.. We use this information to offer and deliver our products and services to you.

Website: In addition, when you log in, our server may record information such as the time spent logged in, the information accessed, your Internet Protocol address, and your browser type. This information helps us learn about your browser and operating system to improve the experience for all our users on our site.

Email Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content as well as special events with your permission.

Membership: With your permission, if you participate in this community (whether online or otherwise), we may have access to any information you share on the community platforms or with other members of the community, including information about specific transactions. Cookies, Tags and Pixels: With your permission,  cookies are used for a better, more customized experience between you and Fynanc. Cookies and pixels are used as electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site and internally track and store your information in system(s). We do not control these third parties and disclaim any responsibility for their handling of private information, except that any information they forward to us will be subject to our privacy policy.

When we reasonably believe disclosure is legally required, such as by a court order or subpoena, or in connection with a regulatory investigation; or when disclosure is needed to protect our interests or enforce our rights; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

If our site is acquired or merged with another company your information may be transferred  so that the new owners may continue to sell and support our products and services.

4. DATA STORAGE

Our shopping cart solutions are hosted and managed by Infusionsoft and PayPal. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services for our customers that purchase our products.

Your data is stored in 3rd party providers such as Infusionsoft KEAP data storage, databases and the general Infusionsoft application and Ontraport data storage, databases and the general Ontraport application. ‍Our membership platform stores your data and is hosted and managed by our 3rd party provider Kajabi and general Kajabi application and their site privacy policy is located here: https://newkajabi.com/policies/terms/

‍All providers mentioned above, store your data on a secure server behind a firewall for maximum security.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our direct payment gateway as well as PayPal.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. After the transaction is completed you are directed back to our site or to a thank you page we have created on either Infusionsoft or Click Funnels.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Infusionsoft stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways standards set by PCI-DSS are adhered to. The PCI-DSS is to ensure the secure handling of credit card information on all purchases on our products and its service providers.

FYNANC never takes control or stores your credit card information.  Infusionsoft and/or PayPal monitors and manages this process for us and for your protection. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located at a different jurisdiction than either you or FYNANC. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Use.

‍When you click on links in our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

6. SECURITY

We take precautions to protect your information, both online and offline. To protect your personal information, we follow industry best practices and take reasonable precautions to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, destroyed, accessed, altered or  misused.

Much of the information we gather is stored in a cloud-based customer relations management system that encrypts the information and requires a passkey to access. We provide a passkey to only those individuals who need it to communicate with you or to offer or deliver information, products or services to you, or to otherwise manage our information systems.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements as well as enforcing additional and generally accepted industry standards for your protection. We have put in place policies to restrict access to your information by our employees, which are trained to safeguard your privacy and information. All of our employees and independent contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline or other consequences if they fail to meet these obligations.

7. COOKIES

FYNANC utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers on our website. Our website may place a “cookie” (a small data file) on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow us to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes, to provide a better online service to you, and to manage our telecommunications networks. For example, tracking pixels used by Google Analytics may be used to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. 9. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 and this site was not intended for minors.

We keep personal information that you provide us deemed relevant and useful by our company in contacting you about  product or services you have purchased from us, or necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and policies and resolve disputes.

Any information from our servers will be deleted if you request; described in “Your Right To Control and Access Your Information” located above.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We review our privacy policy periodically and may make changes from time to time. Our current privacy notice will always be accessible online from the FYNANC.com home page. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.
